Terms of Service

1. Service Description

Stara Ekipa ("we", "our", "the team") provides game server hosting for CS 1.6, CS2, and Minecraft. All services are ordered and managed through our Discord server. By ordering a server you agree to these terms.

2. Payments & Billing

All payments are made in advance for the period chosen (monthly).
We accept payment methods agreed upon in Discord (bank transfer, PayPal, etc.).
Prices are as listed on our website at the time of order.
No refunds are issued for partial months after a server has been deployed and confirmed working.

3. Acceptable Use

You agree NOT to use our servers for:

DDoS attacks, port scanning, or any network abuse toward third parties.
Hosting cheats, exploit tools, or malware of any kind.
Any activity that violates applicable laws.
Spam, harassment, or hate speech in any connected service.

Violation of these rules will result in immediate termination without refund.

4. Service Availability

We target 99.9% uptime. Scheduled maintenance will be announced in Discord in advance. We are not liable for downtime caused by upstream providers, DDoS attacks beyond our mitigation capacity, or force majeure events.

5. Server Management

You are responsible for all activity on your server.
We may perform emergency actions (restart, suspend) to protect infrastructure stability.
Backups are your responsibility unless a backup plan is explicitly purchased.

6. Termination

Either party may terminate service with 7 days' notice via Discord. We reserve the right to terminate immediately for ToS violations. Upon termination, server data is deleted within 48 hours.

7. Limitation of Liability

Our liability is limited to the amount paid for the current billing period. We are not liable for data loss, lost profits, or indirect damages.

8. Changes to Terms

We may update these terms at any time. Changes will be announced in Discord. Continued use of the service constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
